Last updated: July 2026

Service Description

Tennessee Pest Control provides professional pest management and extermination services to residential and commercial properties throughout the state of Tennessee. Our services include, but are not limited to, inspection, identification, treatment, and prevention of common pests such as termites, ants, rodents, spiders, cockroaches, bed bugs, mosquitoes, and wildlife. Treatment methods may involve the application of EPA-registered pesticides, baiting systems, trapping, exclusion techniques, and integrated pest management strategies. Service schedules, treatment plans, and pricing are determined based on property size, infestation severity, pest type, and environmental conditions. We may perform follow-up visits as part of ongoing service agreements or warranty programs. All service appointments must be scheduled in advance, and customers must provide accurate property information to ensure proper treatment. Tennessee Pest Control reserves the right to refuse service to any property that poses safety hazards or falls outside our service capabilities.

No Guarantee or Warranty

TENNESSEE PEST CONTROL MAKES NO GUARANTEES, WARRANTIES, OR REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE COMPLETE ELIMINATION OF PESTS FROM YOUR PROPERTY. PEST CONTROL RESULTS VARY BASED ON NUMEROUS FACTORS INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PEST SPECIES, INFESTATION SEVERITY, ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS, PROPERTY STRUCTURE, ADJACENT LANDSCAPING, WEATHER PATTERNS, AND CUSTOMER COMPLIANCE WITH POST-TREATMENT INSTRUCTIONS. While we employ trained technicians and industry-standard methods, pest biology and behavior make absolute eradication impossible to guarantee in all circumstances. Any service warranties, if offered, are limited to the specific terms, duration, and conditions stated in your individual service agreement. Re-treatment services under warranty require timely customer notification and adherence to all preparation and maintenance requirements. Tennessee Pest Control does not warrant against future infestations, damage caused by pests, or pest-related property damage occurring before, during, or after treatment.

User Responsibilities

As a customer of Tennessee Pest Control, you agree to fulfill certain responsibilities to ensure safe and effective service delivery. You must provide accurate and complete information regarding your property, existing pest conditions, prior treatments, known allergies or sensitivities of occupants, and presence of pets or sensitive individuals. Prior to scheduled service, you must prepare the property as instructed, which may include removing food items, covering aquariums, securing pets, clearing access to treatment areas, and vacating the premises for specified periods. You agree to follow all post-treatment instructions provided by our technicians, including ventilation requirements, re-entry timelines, cleaning restrictions, and maintenance recommendations. You must promptly report any adverse reactions, incomplete treatment results, or new pest activity within the timeframe specified in your service agreement. Failure to comply with these responsibilities may void any applicable warranties, limit treatment effectiveness, and result in additional service charges. You are responsible for ensuring that all occupants, tenants, and authorized visitors are informed of scheduled treatments and necessary precautions.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TENNESSEE PEST CONTROL AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND CONTRACTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO OUR SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PROPERTY DAMAGE, PERSONAL INJURY, LOSS OF PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR DAMAGE TO PERSONAL BELONGINGS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM SERVICES PERFORMED SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT PESTICIDES AND TREATMENT METHODS INVOLVE INHERENT RISKS, AND YOU ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR PROPERLY PREPARING YOUR PROPERTY AND FOLLOWING ALL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS. Tennessee Pest Control is not liable for damage resulting from pre-existing structural defects, failure to disclose relevant property conditions, or your failure to comply with preparation and post-treatment instructions. This limitation of liability applies regardless of the legal theory asserted, whether contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.
